ALUMNI Transcript Requests Complete the alumni request form if you have graduated from Grafton High School and you require a copy of your final transcript for your own records or to be sent to a college/university admissions office.  Click on the button below.

Registry of Motor Vehicle (RMV) Documents Request Complete the Licence & Permit  form to request and receive a copy of your current transcript and a proof of enrollment letter as required by the RMV. Click on the button below.

Documentation requests are processed every Tuesday & Thursday and on Wednesdays during the summer.
Please allow ten business days for all requests.
